Can’t travel to JB, so bake this copycat banana cake to satisfied craving. Own self baked can do a less sugar less oily version. Love it!

成份Ingredients:
3 eggs
3个鸡蛋
100g sugar
100克砂糖
2 banana (mashed)
2条香蕉(压成泥)
150g cake flour
150克蛋糕粉
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2茶匙泡打粉
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4茶匙小苏打
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2茶匙香精
90g rice bran oil
90克米糠油

做法Method:
Egg & sugar Beat till turn pale
鸡蛋和砂糖打至发白
Add 1/4tsp pink salt
加1/4茶匙岩盐
Add mashed banana
加香蕉泥
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
加1/2茶匙香精
Add 90g rice bran oil
加90克米糠油
Add flour mixture (in parts)
加粉 (分次加入)
Add to mold
加入模具中
Bake at 160deg 35 min , then 180deg 10 min
烘烤:先160度35分钟,再180度10分钟
