【Easy Snack RECIPE】Easy Singapore Style Less Oil Muah Chee | Vegetarian Mochi |❤️ 简易少油新加坡式麻糍 | 素食 @玩食我Foodie At Playground

 This is one of my favourite local street food. Yummy! soft & chewy!

Ingredients: 
 A: 
60g glutinous rice flour 糯米粉 
 90g water 清水 
 1 tsp sesame oil.麻油 
 mix well 搅拌均匀 
 steam for 20 minutes 蒸20分钟 

 B:Peanut coating 花生碎 
 1/4 cup grounded peanut or peanut powder 花生碎/花生粉
 1 tbsp caster sugar 砂糖 

 Method: 1. remove cooked mixture A from plate immediately 趁热取出面团 
 2. coated with peanut mixture 面团裹上花生碎
 3. cut into bite size & coated each piece with generous amount of peanut powder 切成小块并均匀裹上花生碎 
 4. add more peanut powder if not enough 不够的话,可加更多花生碎 

 Tips: Do not use rice flour! 
 This is what happened if use rice flour:  
dough texture is not right: not sticky & not smooth 质感不粘也不柔滑
 like eating rough soon kueh skin coated with peanut 像在吃裹上花生的粗糙笋粿皮
