【Easy No Oven Cake RECIPE】Low Sugar Pandan Steam Cake(Huat Kueh) | ️低糖低油松软班兰发糕| 隔天还松软绵密
Do try this recipe that does not required yeast, eno, yield Low sugar Little oil Pandan Huat Kueh.
Best part is next day without reheat, still soft, light and moist
不如试一试这个无需酵母,没用以罗,也可做出“发发”的班兰味发糕!最特别的是隔天不用蒸,还是松软不硬!
Yield 5 small cakes
可制作5个小发糕
Ingredients成份:
A:
50g sugar
50克砂糖
90g hot water
90克热水
Stir till sugar dissolve
搅至糖溶化
B:
10g plain flour or All Purpose Flour
10克普通面粉
10g cake flour
10克蛋糕粉/低筋面粉
70g Self Raising Flour
70克自发粉
C:
1/2 Tsp baking powder (Video show 1 Tsp - Typo Error)
1/2 茶匙泡打粉 (视频显示1茶匙是因打字错误)
Add 1 Tsp water
加1茶匙水
(Note:You can add baking powder directly to B too, won't affect the effect 你也可直接加泡打粉入B,不影响效果和口感)
Method:
- Add sugar water(A) to flour mixture(B) 加糖水入混合粉
- Add 1/2 tsp neutral flavour oil 加1/2茶匙食油(我用葡萄籽油)
- Add baking powder water(C) 加泡打粉水
- .(Optional) scoop out 3 spoonful mixture(随意)先取3汤匙粉浆出来
- Add 5 drop Pandan emulco to mixture 加5滴班兰精油到粉浆
- Preheat cups for 5 minutes 先给模具预热约5分钟
- Line with cupcake liners 放上纸杯
- Fill cups to 90% full 倒入液体至9分满
- Add 1 spoonful plain mixture 加1汤匙无色粉浆
- Steam on high heat for 15 minutes 大火蒸15分钟
Taste good & not too sweet!
口感绵密又不太甜
