Soft & Moist for days! How to make Best Chocolate Banana Bread Loaf |❤️ 最佳早餐~巧克力香蕉面包【Eng Sub】

Chocolate Banana Bread Loaf 


Each time I searched for Banana Bread and Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe, all I can find is cake like banana bread options. Wanted to make bread type Chocolate Banana Bread for breakfast , so decided to use my staple bread recipe to make this.

上网找banana bread 或chocolate banana bread 食谱,出现的往往是类似香蕉蛋糕的食谱。想要做成面包当早餐,所以用了之前做过的面包食谱当基底。



巧克力香蕉面包

Chocolate Banana Bread Loaf

Ingredients 材料:

A:

250g Bread Flour 面包粉(Sift 过筛)

3g Salt 玫瑰盐

30g Sugar 砂糖

1 medium egg 中型鸡蛋

3g Instant Yeast 干酵母

130ml skimmed milk 低脂牛奶


B:

30g butter 牛油

10g cocoa powder 巧克力粉


Filling: 1 overripe banana(Mash slightly) 熟香蕉 (微微捣碎)

(Optional) egg wash - 10g whole egg

(随意)蛋液 - 10克全蛋


Method: 

1. Mix yeast and milk and rest mixture for 5 minutes 

牛奶加酵母,静置5分钟,让液体发挥作用

2. Mix all A ingredients 

混合全部A材料

3. Knead using mixer,bread maker, by hand 

可用手、搅拌机或面包机揉面

4. Add B ingredients 

加B材料

5. Window pane check 

出膜的话就可停止揉面

6. Proof for 1 hour

醒面1小时

7. Divide into 3 portions

分成三份

8. Add mashed banana 

加香蕉泥

9. Put into 450g loaf pan 

放入450克面包模具里

10. Proof for 1 hour

醒面1小时

11. (Optional) brush egg wash - 10g whole egg

(随意)刷上蛋液 - 10克全蛋

12. Bake in 160deg preheated oven for 30 minutes 

 放入160度预热烤箱烤30分钟


Note: 

- Milk best kept at 35-40 degree (to help rehydrate yeast)

牛奶最好保持在35-40度 (有助活化酵母)

 - This bread stays soft & fluffy for few days

隔几天这面包还是一样松软拉丝

- After 3 days, Best to store in freezer before it turned moldy.

三天后最好将面包放在冰箱的冷冻格以防发霉。

Ingredients 材料: 60g red bean 红豆 (Soak in warm water for 5-6 hours 浸泡约5-6小时) 700g water 清水 1 rock sugar 加片冰糖 small piece orange peel 小片橙皮 Method 做法: 1. drain red bean and add to pot 红豆过滤后加到锅中 2. double boil for 3 hours 慢炖3小时 3. add rock sugar 加片冰糖 4. Add small piece orange peel 加小片橙皮 5. keep warm for 30 minutes 加盖保温30分钟

Best Local Breakfast - Low GI Pandan Bread Loaf with Date |❤️ 最佳早餐~班兰低升糖面包【Eng Sub】


班兰椰枣面包

Pandan Bread Loaf with Dates 


- Soft & fluffy 

松软拉丝

- still soft the next day 

隔天还松软

- Kurma Dates is sweet but Low GI, best natural sweetener 

椰枣是最天然又低升糖的甜食

Ingredients 材料: 

A:

260g Bread Flour 面包粉(Sift 过筛)

3g Salt 玫瑰盐

30g Sugar 砂糖

1 medium egg 中型鸡蛋

3g Instant Yeast 干酵母

130ml skimmed milk 低脂牛奶


B:

25g butter 牛油

2 tsp pandan emulco 班兰香精


50g Chopped Kurma dates 椰枣粒


Method 做法: 

1. Mix all A ingredients 

混合全部A材料

2. knead using mixer,bread maker, by hand 

可用手、搅拌机或面包机揉面

3. Add B ingredients

加B 材料

4. window pane check 

看出膜没

5. Proof for 1 hour

醒面1小时

6. divide into 3 portions

分成三份

7. Add chopped Dates 

加椰枣粒

8. store overnight in fridge 

存放在冰箱

9. Proof for 1 hour

醒面1小时

10. bake in 160deg preheated oven for 35 minutes 

 放入160度预热烤箱烤35分钟


Note: 

- It is important to reach window pane stage , for your bread to be soft and fluffy.

- If no pandan emulco, can use pandan paste or pandan extract 

- Can eat the bread on its own (as there's added kurma date)

- If you want to eat it plain, can just omit kurma dates. 


小提醒:

- 记得要揉面至出膜,面包才会又软又拉丝。

- 如果没有班兰香精,可用班兰叶榨成汁,同等分量。

- 因为有加椰枣,所以无需涂任何果酱也很可口。

- 可选择不加椰枣,味道就像市售的班兰面包。

You will want to drink this soup everyday - Mushroom Old Cucumber Carrot...


冬菇老黄瓜胡萝卜营养汤 Mushroom Old Cucumber Carrot Soup

要清冰箱的食材,就想出了这个组合。以这组合为材料的补汤,网上找不到食谱。抱着试一试的心态,没想到可以这么好喝!原汁原味的清甜口感,还非常滋补又养生!你一定要试一试。
These are the ingredients that I need to clear in fridge, so thought of making Chinese soup. So far I did not find any soup recipe that use this combo. But it turns out so well, So flavourful and sweet, and oh so healthy and nourishing ! You must try it! 


* simple ingredients 简单材料 * Easy Recipe 简单食谱 * Full of Nutrients 营养丰富 For 1 - 2 Pax (1-2人份)
Ingredients 材料: 1 Carrot 胡萝卜 1/2 Old Cucumber 老黄瓜 4-5 Spare Ribs 排骨 4 Dried Mushroom 冬菇 2 Honey Dates 蜜枣 6g Dried Scallop 干贝 1 Ginger slice 姜片 400ml water 清水 1/2 tsp Salt 玫瑰盐 Some pepper 胡椒粉少许

Method 做法:
1. Blanch Spare Ribs with ginger slice and Shao Xing Wine (to remove impurities). 
氽烫排骨,加少许姜片和绍兴酒去腥

2. After adding spare ribs then turn on stove 

加了排骨才开火

3. Once boiled, remove spare ribs 

水滚后就可取出排骨

4. Soak washed dried mushroom, honey date and dried Scallops in 40-50 degree water for 1/2 hour

洗净的冬菇(去蒂)、蜜枣和干贝用40-50度温水泡30分钟

5. Old cucumber and carrot cut into pieces

老黄瓜和胡萝卜切块

6. Add all ingredients to double boiler (or pressure cooker/Thermal Pot)

放全部材料入炖盅(或压力锅)

7. Add ginger slice and water 

加姜片和清水

8. Double boil for 3 hours 

慢炖3小时

抹茶黑豆小面包

Matcha Black Bean Killer Toast Bun @随食慢活FoodiEat

 

最近在Daiso买了这包黑豆零食,于是想用它当面包馅料. 效果意外的好!

Bought black bean titbits from Daiso recently, so thinking to use it to make bread. And I love it ! 


(Recipe adapted from here)

Yield 8 buns 

Ingredients 材料: 

128g warm milk

+ 3g Instant Yeast + 3g Sugar 

温牛奶 + 速发酵母+砂糖

250g Bread Flour

 +.10g Bakeable Matcha Powder

面包粉 + 烘焙用抹茶粉

3g Salt 玫瑰盐

30g Sugar 细砂糖

1 medium egg 中型鸡蛋

30g butter 牛油


Method 做法:

1. Mix all ingredients, except butter to knead in mixer, bread maker or kneading machine 

材料全加进去(除了牛油),可用面包机或搅拌机揉面(我用的是和面机)

2. Add butter and Knead till reach window pane 加牛油并揉面至成团和出膜

3. Let dough rest while prepare baking pan and filling 面团放着的同时可准备材料和烤盘

4.  Brush oil on baking pan - for non-stick purpose 烤盘上刷一层油 ~防油

5. Add filling and roll to bun (watch video for method) 加黑豆在面团里揉成小面包 (看影片了解做法)

6. Proof for 50 minutes or till it reach rim of pan 50分钟发酵至接近顶部

7. Brush egg wash 刷上蛋液

8 .bake in 170deg preheated oven for 35 minutes  放入170度预热烤箱烤35分钟

Used leftover mandarin orange from CNY to make refreshing dessert. So refreshing and healthy, best for this hot weather!

天气这么热,最适合来杯清凉消暑又健康的甜品!这也是我们多吃水果的好方法! 龙珠果含高抗氧化物和膳食纤维;柑橘含维生素C和胡萝卜素,可强化免疫力😊 Weather so hot these days, best to have a cup of refreshing and healthy dessert! It is our way to eat more fruits too! P.S: dragon fruit high in antioxidants and fibre; mandarin orange high in carotene, enhancing immune system. Stay safe stay healthy all! 材料 Ingredients: Base Layer 下层 250ml 卢柑汁 mandarin orange juice 1/4 + 1/2 tsp 菜燕粉 agar agar powder 35-40g 细砂糖 sugar

做法 Method:
1. 边搅拌边等煮沸

stir and boil the mixture

2. 在蛋糕模具里斜放玻璃杯

rest glass in loaf pan 

3. 倒入液体,待凝固

Pour mixture, wait for it to set 

Top Layer 上层 1/2 龙珠果 Dragon fruit 1/4 + 1/2 tsp 菜燕粉 agar agar powder 40g 细砂糖 sugar 250ml 清水 water

做法 Method:
1. 边搅拌边等煮沸

stir and boil the mixture

2.下层定型后就可倒入液体
Once base layer set, can pour in the liquid
3. 加龙珠果 add Dragonfruit 
4. 放入冰箱定型 chill and set in fridge
