Low GI Sticky Date Pudding, Soft & Moist for Days! 低升糖版枣泥布丁蛋糕,松软湿润几天了  @FoodiEat随食慢活  最近很忙,没时间出片。但每次剪片时,虽然眼睛已经快睁不开了,看到自己的成品还是很有满足感。希望你也一样,看了也想咬一口。 这次我没有用砂糖,只用枣糖来做这甜品,但还真的适合。而且最重要的是负担变少了,因为低升糖。 新年要到了,不要有太多负担又想吃点甜的,这个很适合。祝你虎年,虎虎生威,耀虎扬威! * No mixer 无需搅拌器 * Simple Recipe 简单易做 * Soft & Moist for days 几天都松软湿润

Ingredients材料:

A:

185g chopped dates 椰枣碎

220ml Water 清水

B:

93g Self Raising Flour (Sift)自发粉

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (Sift)肉桂粉


C: 

45g butter 牛油

45g Date Sugar 枣糖


1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 小苏打

1 & 1/2 Egg 鸡蛋


Method :

1. Cook A to boil 

2. Add Baking Soda 

3. Add B to A

4. Cream C 

5. Add Egg in parts

6. Add Butter mixture to date mixture 

7. Add mixture to greased pan 

8. Fill 70%-80%full 

9. bake in 180 degree preheated oven for 35 minutes 


做法:

1. 煮材料A至滚

2. 加小苏打

3. 加材料B入A

4. 搅拌C

5 分次加鸡蛋

6. 混合面糊与牛油溶液

7. 面糊倒入抹了油的模具中

8. 加到7-8分满

9. 放入180度预热烤箱烤35分钟


I like to eat w/o caramel syrup as this is sweet & moist enough

我喜欢不加糖浆的布丁蛋糕,因为已经够湿润也够甜了

天冷就回来!【Thermal Pot Recipe】Barley Green Bean Soup | {焖烧锅版} 薏米绿豆汤

薏米绿豆汤 {焖烧锅版}

Recently have been taking heaty food , And raining these few days, best to take green bean barley soup 

最近吃多了上火食物,最近又一直下雨,所以想煮薏米绿豆汤,暖身又清热


Ingredients 材料:

A:

850ml Water 

清水

25g Barley (Presoak) 

薏米(隔夜泡发)


55g Green Bean (Presoak)

绿豆(隔夜泡发)

1 bar Rock Sugar 

黄冰糖


Method:

1. Add A ingredients to thermal pot.

2. Once A boiled, transfer to outer pot 

3. Keep for 1 hour 

4. transfer to stove

5. Add green bean 

6. Once boiled, transfer to outer pot 

7. Keep for 3 hour 

8. transfer to stove

9. add rock sugar 

10. Serve once sugar melt


做法:

1. 放A材料入焖烧内锅,

2. A材料煮滚后,放入外锅

3. 静置一小时

4. 内锅放回炉灶

5. 加绿豆

6. 煮滚后,放入外锅

7. 静置三小时

8. 放回炉灶

9. 加黄冰糖

10. 冰糖溶化后就能吃了
