Tamagoyaki 普通锅煮玉子烧 Recipe by 玩食我Foodie At Playground

Ingredients 成份:

3 eggs 鸡蛋

1 tsp mushroom seasoning 素菇粉

1 tbsp mirin 味淋

1 tsp mayonnaise 美乃滋

1/2 tbsp evaporated milk 花奶

1 tsp sugar 砂糖

1/2 tsp salt 玫瑰盐


Method做法: 

  1. Mix all ingredients 成份混合均匀
  2. Cook on low heat, Use cooking ring to form shape 低温烹煮,用框架定型
  3. Serve when ready 即可上桌

【Easy Egg RECIPE】Simple Fried Bitter Gourd with Egg | Simple Seasoning | ❤️ 苦瓜炒蛋|简单调味 | 入口即化@玩食我Foodie At Playground


Who like this dish: Fried bitter gourd with egg? It’s my comfort food, but not everyone’s favorite right? It may seem overcooked as I like it soft. Simple seasoning , yet so 入味。

每次吃杂菜饭一定会点这道菜。不喜欢吃太生的苦瓜,所以诠释了看起来过熟的苦瓜炒蛋(因为我喜欢吃软不吃硬。简单调味但非常入味。

  • Simple Seasoning 简单调味
  • Simple ingredients 简单食材
  • Quick & Nutritious 快速又营养


(For 2-3 person 2-3人份)


Ingredients材料

1 bitter gourd(Cut into thin slices ) 1 苦瓜(切成薄片)

2 eggs 两粒蛋

1 tbsp mince garlic  蒜末

1 tsp pepper salt 胡椒盐

1 tsp oyster sauce  蚝油


Method做法:

1. Heat wok with oil 热锅加油

2. Add eggs 打两粒蛋

3. Add mince garlic  加蒜末

4. Add bitter gourd 加苦瓜

5. Add 1/2 bowl water 加1/2碗水

6. Cover lid & steam cook for 3 minutes 盖锅蒸煮3分钟

7. Add pepper salt 加胡椒盐

( Want it softer can add water & steam cook some more  要软一点所以加水再蒸煮多一下

For another 3 minutes 蒸煮多3分钟)

8. Add oyster sauce  加蚝油

9. Mix well & it’s done  拌匀即可 


Tips: To reduce bitterness  减少苦味

Sprinkle some salt on white part & rest for 5 min,rinse then cut

  洒点盐在中间静待5分钟,冲洗再切


Benefits益处:

- anti-inflammatory 消炎

-  Low GI food  低糖食物

- good protein & fibre source 蛋白质和高纤来源

【Rice Cooker RECIPE】Easy Green Bean Soup & No Fail Soft Boiled Egg | 饭锅绿豆汤| 零失败料理|新加坡半熟蛋吃法@玩食我Foodieatplayground
Easy Green Bean Soup
Ingredients成分:
1 cup green beans
1杯绿豆
3 cups water
3杯水
70-80g rock sugar
70-80克冰糖

Method做法:
Press “congee” mode. Cooking time: 1 hour +
按“congee”键。煮食时间:1个小时多
When turn to “keep Warm”, Add rock sugar after
“保温”时加冰糖
Cover & Keep warm till sugar dissolved
关盖继续保温至冰糖溶化

No Fail Soft Boiled Egg
Method做法:
1. Add 500ml room temperature water to inner pot
 500毫升常温水加进内锅
Add egg to inner pot
加蛋入内锅
Press “menu” & “boiling egg” &”cook” , auto time:25 min
按“menu”至“boiling egg”.再按“cook”时间自动调节为25分钟

I like my eggs with dark soy sauce, soy sauce & pepper
我喜欢的半熟蛋调味方:酱油、酱青和胡椒粉

Test and Tried - Easy Poached Egg 简单水煮荷包蛋


To be honest, I seldom poached egg. As I saw some video that require one to keep stirring the water in 1 direction when add egg to pot. So I always do what I am familiar with, do soft boil egg, hard boil egg, fried egg, fried sunny side up etc, until recently I saw a simple way to do poached egg from Simplyrecipes.com/easy_poached_egg, then I again experiment this method.

Verdict: when put egg to pot, the egg white run more than the video show but I am happy with the finish product, egg white is firm enough and egg yolk is runny. Most importantly, IT IS SUPER SIMPLE AND FUSS FREE!

Fried Bean Sprout with Egg


This is a dish my mom always cook and also one of my favourite home cooked food. I'm not sure whether this is my mom dialect - Hakka dish but I'm sure this is a dish I eat since young. It's so simple and delicious, I can eat everyday.

Ingredients:
1 pkt of bean sprout (wash and soak with a bit of salt)
2 eggs
1 tsp fish sauce/soy sauce
A pinch of pepper
Salt to taste
Sesame oil (optional)

Method:
1. Heat pan with oil. Fry slightly beaten egg till just cooked.
2. Add bean sprout and fry evenly.
3. Add fish sauce and some water. Continue to fry till bean sprout soften.
4. Sprinkle pepper and salt, and drizzle sesame oil before serve.
