* Non-Spicy 无辣


素酸辣汤

Vegetarian Hot & Sour Soup

For 2 person (2人份)

(recipe adapted from Here)

Ingredients 材料:

1/2 Soft tofu 软豆腐

1 canned Bamboo shoot 罐头笋

5g Dried Black Fungus (wash & soak 1 hour) 

5克黑木耳(洗净,泡发1小时)

4 dried mushroom  (wash & soak 1 hour) 

冬菇(洗净,泡发1小时)

900ml Water 清水

1 handful of enoki mushroom 金针菇

1 Egg 鸡蛋


Seasoning 调味料:

2 tbsp Shao Xing Wine 绍兴酒

2 tbsp Soy Sauce 生抽

1 tsp Salt 

1 tsp apple cider vinegar 苹果醋

Black pepper to taste 黑胡椒调味

Add Sesame Oil 加麻油

(Optional) Chilli Oil 辣椒油


Method : 

1. All cut into strips

2. Heat oil 

3. Fry Ginger and shallot till aromatic 

4. Add carrot strips (from my coleslaw box)

5. Add Mushroom water 

6. Add bamboo shoot strips 

7. Add seasoning

8. Add enoki mushroom 

9. Add tofu strips 

10. Add corn starch water - to thicken 

11. Add Beaten Egg 

12. Add black pepper, sesame oil and chili oil to taste 


做法:

1. 全部材料切丝

2. 先热油

3. 爆香小红葱和姜丝

4. 加红萝卜丝(从我的生菜沙拉取出)

5. 加冬菇水

6. 加竹笋丝

7. 加调味料

8. 加金针菇(切段)

9. 加豆腐丝

10. 加玉米水勾芡

11. 鸡蛋打散做蛋花

12. 加黑胡椒粉、麻油和辣椒油调味。

【Soup Recipe】黑黑真补身!Black Bean Black Chicken Soup | 低卡低胆固醇的黑豆乌鸡汤


* Simple ingredients 简单材料

This soup is Full of antioxidants, good for us woman

这“黑黑“汤,有满满抗氧物质,尤其对女性有益

Black chicken has lower cholesterol and calorie compare to normal chicken.

乌鸡比一般鸡的胆固醇和卡路里都来得低。尤其适合要减肥的你我!



Black Bean Black Chicken Soup

黑豆乌鸡汤

Ingredients 材料:

1/2 Black Chicken 乌鸡

+ 90g Black Bean 黑豆

1 Dried Cuttlefishwashed) 

 鱿鱼干(洗净)

1 Honey Dates 蜜枣

+ 3 Red Dates 红枣

750ml Water 清水


Method:

1. Blanch chicken in room temperature water 

Tips: Add ginger slice (to remove bad odour)

2. Once boiled, off heat and remove chicken 

3. Add all ingredients to pot 

4. Double boil for 3 hours 

5. Salt & Pepper to taste


做法: 

1. 用室温水川烫乌鸡, 加姜片去腥

2. 水滚后就可取出乌鸡

3. 加全部材料入锅

4. 慢炖3小时

5. 盐和胡椒粉调味

You will want to drink this soup everyday - Mushroom Old Cucumber Carrot...


冬菇老黄瓜胡萝卜营养汤 Mushroom Old Cucumber Carrot Soup

要清冰箱的食材,就想出了这个组合。以这组合为材料的补汤,网上找不到食谱。抱着试一试的心态,没想到可以这么好喝!原汁原味的清甜口感,还非常滋补又养生!你一定要试一试。
These are the ingredients that I need to clear in fridge, so thought of making Chinese soup. So far I did not find any soup recipe that use this combo. But it turns out so well, So flavourful and sweet, and oh so healthy and nourishing ! You must try it! 


* simple ingredients 简单材料 * Easy Recipe 简单食谱 * Full of Nutrients 营养丰富 For 1 - 2 Pax (1-2人份)
Ingredients 材料: 1 Carrot 胡萝卜 1/2 Old Cucumber 老黄瓜 4-5 Spare Ribs 排骨 4 Dried Mushroom 冬菇 2 Honey Dates 蜜枣 6g Dried Scallop 干贝 1 Ginger slice 姜片 400ml water 清水 1/2 tsp Salt 玫瑰盐 Some pepper 胡椒粉少许

Method 做法:
1. Blanch Spare Ribs with ginger slice and Shao Xing Wine (to remove impurities). 
氽烫排骨,加少许姜片和绍兴酒去腥

2. After adding spare ribs then turn on stove 

加了排骨才开火

3. Once boiled, remove spare ribs 

水滚后就可取出排骨

4. Soak washed dried mushroom, honey date and dried Scallops in 40-50 degree water for 1/2 hour

洗净的冬菇(去蒂)、蜜枣和干贝用40-50度温水泡30分钟

5. Old cucumber and carrot cut into pieces

老黄瓜和胡萝卜切块

6. Add all ingredients to double boiler (or pressure cooker/Thermal Pot)

放全部材料入炖盅(或压力锅)

7. Add ginger slice and water 

加姜片和清水

8. Double boil for 3 hours 

慢炖3小时

Method 做法:
1. Blanch spare ribs with boiling water 汆烫排骨
put all ingredients in pressure cooker and set to soup mode cook for 30 minutes 材料全放入气压锅调煮汤模式,煮30分钟
2, season with salt and pepper 盐和胡椒粉调味

【Easy Soup RECIPE】Old Cucumber Spare Ribs Soup| 4 ingredients | Healthy Soup | ❤️ 老黄瓜汤|4种食材|健康炖汤 by 玩食我Foodie At Playground
Who like this soup ? My mom always cook old cucumber soup and I have been drinking this since young. Unlike my mom, I only used 4 ingredients to cook. It helps to detox, reduce heatiness and quench thirst, so soothing!
谁喜欢喝老黄瓜汤?我妈在我小时候就常煮给我喝,原来它有这些益处:清热解暑、解毒和解渴。我煮的话,只用了四种材料。现在就看影片跟着学吧!

(For 1-2 person/ 1-2人份) 

Ingredients 材料:
1 old cucumber
1条老黄瓜
1-2 Honey Dates
1-2蜜枣
1 Dried cuttlefish(washed)
1个鱿鱼干(洗净)
600ml water
600毫升清水

Method做法:
1. Blanch 2-4 spare ribs in room temperature water
室温水汆烫2-4个排骨
2. Once boiled remove & Wash in clean water
水滚后就可取出过净水
3. Transfer to pot
放入锅里
4. Add all ingredients
加全部材料
5. Add water
加清水
6. Double boil for 3 hours (or you can use pressure cooker)
炖煮3小时
7. Add salt & pepper to taste
加盐和胡椒粉调味

【简单健康Recipe】西洋菜排骨汤 Easy way to cook Chinese Watercress Soup




在家也能煮出小贩中心的老火汤水准-材料简单,煮法简单的西洋菜排骨汤,喝出健康又营养 |Easy way to cook Chinese Watercress Soup.

Ingredients:
1/2 pack of watercress  (washed)  半包西洋菜
2-4 spare rib   2-4 块排骨
some wolfberry   枸杞
1-2 slice of ginger  1-2片姜
1 honey date  1个蜜枣
pinch of salt and pepper   盐和胡椒粉调味

Method:
1. Put spare rib in pot before you on the heat. 
2. Remove spare rib when boil and transfer to a double boil pot.
3. Add ginger, wolfberry, honey date, watercress and water (fill 90% full)
4. Put in double boil pot and boil for 3 hours.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve.

1. 用冷水川烫排骨(肉汁才不会流失),待滚后捞起。
2. 在炖锅里放排骨、枸杞、蜜枣、姜和西洋菜。加水至9分满。
3.炖约3小时。
4. 加盐和胡椒粉调味。
5. 可上桌。
