【Easy Salad RECIPE】Begedil Potato Salad|️ 热带风味日式马铃薯沙拉 by 玩食我Foodie At Playground
I like begedil but reluctant to fry or deep fry it, so make a healthier potato salad begedil version.
It does satisfied my craving! And it can keep in fridge and consume within 3 days. So before potatoes turn bad , transform them Into potato salad, can extend its shelf life for another 3 days 😊
不想炸马铃薯饼所以做了这个有马铃薯饼风味的马铃薯沙拉,意外的好吃,也更健康。而且也是延长马铃薯寿命的最佳方法!(可放冰箱保存达3天)
(For 2-3 person 约2 - 3人份)
Ingredients 材料:
- 2 big potatoes 大型马铃薯
- 1/2 Jap Cucumber 日本黄瓜
- 1 small carrot 小型红萝卜
- 1 egg 鸡蛋
Seasoning 调味料:
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise 美乃滋
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander paste 香草酱
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder 咖喱粉
- 1/4 tsp shallot oil 葱油
Method做法:
- Egg鸡蛋
Put egg in pot of cold water 把蛋放入装了水的锅里
Boil for 15 minutes 蒸煮15分钟
Tips: Peel egg in cold water 在冷水里剥蛋壳
- Carrot & Potatoes 红萝卜和马铃薯
Put Carrot(Peeled) & potatoes(Washed) to steam 蒸架放削了皮的红萝卜和洗过的马铃薯
Steam for 45 minutes 蒸约45分钟
Tips: smaller potatoes steam for 30 minutes 较小的马铃薯只需蒸30分钟
Use fork to test if potatoes & carrot are softened 叉子可插入证明已熟透
Cut carrot into slices 红萝卜切片
Peel off potato skin while still hot 马铃薯趁热去皮
- Cucumber 黄瓜
Dehydrate cucumber slices with some salt黄瓜片中加少许盐以助脱水
Toss and rest for 15 minutes 用手拌匀并静待15分钟
Squeeze out excess water 挤出多余的水分
Set aside 备用
Assemble:
Put potatoes in a bowl 马铃薯放碗中
Add egg & mash immediately 趁热加鸡蛋并捣碎
Add 1 tsp salt 加1茶匙盐
Dash of black pepper 少许黑胡椒粉
Mix well 搅拌均匀
Add carrot & cucumber slices 加红萝卜和黄瓜片
Add seasoning sauce in 加入沙拉酱
Use spoon to mix evenly 用汤匙搅拌更均匀
