Tropical Fruits Nature’s Cereal is done!
材料 Ingredients:
1/2 牛油果Avocado
3菠萝蜜Jackfruits
1/2 龙珠果 dragonfruit
20g 蓝莓 Blueberries
1/2 芒果 mango
1 香蕉 banana
160ml 冰椰子水 chilled coconut water
做法 Method:
1. 全部材料切成小丁。 All fruits cut into cubes or strip
2. 加椰子水拌匀。 Add coconut water and mix well
3. 可享用。Ready to serve.
1. 用面包机或搅拌机合面 knead in bread maker or stand mixer 2. 醒面约1小时。Proof for 1 hour 3. 切成5至6份。divide into 5 or 6 portions 4. 排气并搓圆 Fold in and form balls 5. 擀面并切流苏 Roll and cut 6. 放内馅 (午餐肉,葡萄干)add filling (luncheon meat, raisin) 7. 放入170度预热烤箱烤25分钟 bake in 170 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes 小提醒 Note: - 糖帮助激活酵母 Sugar help to activate yeast - 面团有点粘稠是OK的 it’s ok if dough is slightly sticky - 发酵成两倍大,洞口不回缩,证明发酵完成。 double the Size and when Test with finger, dough does not collapse means done proofing - Tips: 记得要切断,线条才会明显 Remember to cut through, for “wool roll” effect - 最好用固体且干身的内馅,如午餐肉、葡萄干等 Best to use dry ingredients as filling, eg raisin, luncheon meat etc |

Roasted Soybean Snowflake Crisp

如果你和我一样有乳糖不耐症,与其用奶粉不如用黄豆粉来做这无奶雪花酥 。
因为用的是咸味饼干所以整体不过甜,也很脆
if you are also lactose intolerant like me, you can try this no milk Snowflake Crisp, just use roasted soybean powder instead of milk powder。
As I used Ritz crackers so it is not as sweet,and very crispy
* simple ingredients 简单材料
* No Milk Powder 无奶粉
* Suitable for Lactose Intolerance 适用于乳糖不耐症
* Not overly Sweet 不过甜
(Yield 15 pieces, 15 份)
材料 Ingredients:
30g 开心果 Pistachios (去壳
30g 核桃 Walnut
60g 葡萄干 (有蔓越莓更好)Raisins(or Cranberries)
45g 黄豆粉 Roasted Soybean Powder
150g 棉花糖 Marshmallows
150g 咸味饼干 Ritz Crackers
40g 牛油 Butter
做法 Method:
1. 小火加热牛油 cook butter on Low heat
2. 加棉花糖炒至融化 add marshmallow and cook till dissolved
3. 加黄豆粉拌炒均匀 Add soybean powder and mix well
4. 加果干和坚果 Add nuts and dried fruits
5. 加咸味饼干 Add Ritz Crackers
6. 关火并拌炒均匀 off heat and mix well
7. 趁热用手揉成团 form shape when still hot
8. 把团压实并放凉 press firmly and let it set
9. 表面洒上黄豆粉sprinkle soybean powder on top
10. 固定后就可切成块 once set can cut to desire size
11. ( Optional) 表面洒上黄豆粉 sprinkle soybean powder on all sides
Note:
- 你也可选择其他坚果
- 记得全程用小火以免焦掉
- 表面洒上黄豆粉以产生雪花效果
- 把边边角角切掉会看来更平整
- you can choose other nuts
- remember to cook on Low heat throughout to prevent burnt
- sprinkle soybean powder on top to get snowflakes effect
- cut away corners to get nicer shape
