Can’t travel to JB, so bake this copycat banana cake to satisfied craving. Own self baked can do a less sugar less oily version. Love it!

成份Ingredients:
3 eggs
3个鸡蛋
100g sugar
100克砂糖
2 banana (mashed)
2条香蕉(压成泥)
150g cake flour
150克蛋糕粉
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2茶匙泡打粉
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4茶匙小苏打
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2茶匙香精
90g rice bran oil
90克米糠油

做法Method:
Egg & sugar Beat till turn pale
鸡蛋和砂糖打至发白
Add 1/4tsp pink salt
加1/4茶匙岩盐
Add mashed banana
加香蕉泥
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
加1/2茶匙香精
Add 90g rice bran oil
加90克米糠油
Add flour mixture (in parts)
加粉 (分次加入)
Add to mold
加入模具中
Bake at 160deg 35 min , then 180deg 10 min
烘烤:先160度35分钟,再180度10分钟

Ingredients 成份:
2 tbsp Osmanthus (Wash and drain)
2汤匙桂花(冲洗并过滤)
2 tsp goji berry (washed)
2 茶匙枸杞(洗净)
24 dried longan(washed and soak in 100ml water)
24个龙眼(洗净并泡在100毫升的温水)
Osmanthus soak in 100ml warm water
洗净的桂花泡在100毫升的温水备用
2 tsp agar agar powder
2茶匙菜燕粉
1/4 tsp konjac powder
1/4茶匙蘜蒻粉
1 block rock sugar
1片冰糖
700ml water
700毫升清水

Method做法:
In a pot add Rock sugar and water
锅中加冰糖和清水
Cook to dissolve sugar
煮至糖溶化
Add powder mixture
加菜燕和蘜蒻粉
Add Osmanthus with water
加桂花和水
Add dried longan with water
加龙眼和水
Add goji berry
加枸杞
Cook till boil
煮至滚
Put dried longan first in mold
先放龙眼
Pour mixture in
加入液体
Put in chiller to set
放进冰箱

Ingredients:
750g pork ribs
750克猪骨
1 tbsp rock sugar
1汤匙冰糖
Spices: 2 star anise, 2 cinnamon stick, some cloves
香料:2八角、2桂皮、少许丁香
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1汤匙绍兴酒
2 ginger slice
2 姜片
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 汤匙酱青

Method:
blanched 750g pork ribs with ginger & shaoxing wine
先汆烫750克猪骨,姜+绍兴酒
Remove pork rib when boil
滚后可取出猪骨
Heat oil in wok
锅里热油
Add rock sugar
加冰糖
Add pork ribs
加猪骨
Add Spices: 2 star anise, 2 cinnamon stick, some cloves
加香料:2八角、2桂皮、少许丁香
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1汤匙绍兴酒
2 ginger slice
2 姜片
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 汤匙酱青
Transfer to thermal inner Pot
装入焖烧内锅里
Add 750ml water
加750ml清水
Wait to boil
待煮滚
Transfer to thermal Pot
装入焖烧锅里
5 hours later Put to boil again
5 小时后再煮滚
Remove all spices
取出丁香、八角和桂皮
Add 10 cloves of garlic
加10个蒜瓣
Add spring onion
加葱段
Salt to taste
加盐调味
Transfer back to wok
再回锅收汁
