【Eng Sub】Crunchy Green Pea Cookies | 4 ingredients | CNY Special |❤️ 酥脆青豆饼 | 4种材料|新年特辑 @ 随食慢活FoodiEat

Crunchy Green Pea Cookies 酥脆青豆饼 

(Recipe adapted from Here)


(Yileld 30 cookies 制成30份)

Ingredients 材料:

100g Green Pea Powder 青豆粉

100g Self Raising Flour 自发粉

45g icing sugar 糖粉

65g peanut oil or Neutral flavour oil 花生油(或无味食用油)

Egg Wash : 1 egg 

蛋液:1颗蛋


Method做法:

1. Sieve through Self Raising Flour & icing sugar 自发粉与糖粉过筛

2. Mix well with Green Pea Powder 与青豆粉搅拌均匀

3. make a well at Center 中间留一个洞

4. Add oil, mix well and form dough 加食用油,搅拌至成团

5. form balls and create pattern using stamp etc 搓成球状,用模具做花样

6. brush egg wash 刷上蛋液

7. bake in 170 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes 放入170度预热烤箱烤20分钟


Note: 

- Yield crunchy texture 酥脆的口感。

- taste better the next day 隔天吃更美味。

【Eng Sub】Oreo Coffee Muffins |X’mas Special |Less Oil ❤️ 奥利奥饼干咖啡玛芬蛋糕 | 无需打发|少油简单 |圣诞特辑 @随食慢活FoodiEat


These muffins give us double sensation: spongy cake and crunchy cookies 

这玛芬蛋糕给你两种口感:松软的蛋糕与酥脆的饼干


奥利奥饼干咖啡玛芬蛋糕

Less Oil Oreo Coffee Muffins Recipe by 随食慢活FoodiEat

(Yield 7 big muffins, 可制成7份)


Ingredients 材料:

A:

1 - 2 tbsp instant coffee 即溶咖啡粉

1/2 cup(100ml) hot milk 热牛奶

80g sugar 细砂糖


1 egg 鸡蛋

1/4 cup (50ml) neutral flavoured oil (I used rice bran oil 无味食用油(我用米糠油)

160g plain flour or all purpose flour 普通面粉

1/2 tsp baking powder 泡打粉

1/4 tsp baking soda 小苏打

4 Oreo cookies 奥利奥饼干


Method做法:

1. Mix A ingredients and stir till sugar melt A材料混合并搅至糖溶解 

2. Add egg and oil, mix well 加蛋和油,搅拌均匀

3. All flour sieve through 粉类过筛

4. mix dry and wet ingredients 混合干湿材料

5. fill cup to 80% full 加粉浆至8分满

6. put Oreo cookies in plastic bag for easy mashing 放饼干入袋子里方便打碎

7. break into big pieces 掰成数块

8. top with Oreo cookies 奥利奥饼干放上面

9. bake in 170 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes 放入170度预热烤箱烤20分钟


Note: taste nice and soft the next few days (reheat before eat, oreo will remain crunchy) 

隔天吃一样松软可口(吃前烤热饼干会更脆)

【Eng Sub】Earl Grey Melt in Mouth German Cookies |X’mas Special |❤️ 伯爵茶德式酥饼 | 简单材料|入口即化

伯爵茶德式酥饼 Earl Grey German Cookies Recipe by 随食慢活Foodieat:

(Yield 30s cookies, 制成30多份)

Ingredients材料:

120g unsalted butter 无盐牛油

35g icing sugar 糖粉

125g potato starch 生粉

80g cake flour 蛋糕粉

1 earl grey teabag (release loose tea) 伯爵茶包(取茶叶)


Method做法:

1. Beat butter and sugar till pale & light 牛油和糖粉搅拌至变浅变轻

2. Cake Flour and potato starch sieve through 蛋糕粉和生粉过筛

3. Add earl grey loose tea, mix well 加伯爵茶碎,搅拌均匀

4. Mix wet and dry ingredients 干湿材料混合均匀

5. Form soft dough, chill for 30 minutes 搅拌成团,冷藏30分钟 

6. Form small balls 搓成球状

7. Dip fork in water(non-stick purpose) and press on cookies 叉浸在水里(防粘)并压出纹路

8. Bake in 170deg preheated oven for 25 minutes 放入170度预热烤箱烤25分钟

【Eng Sub】Easy Soft Fruitcake Muffins |X’mas Special | No Mixer | Low Sugar |❤️ 杂果玛芬蛋糕| 松软又低糖|无需搅拌器 @随食慢活FoodiEat

Yield soft and less sweet fruitcake muffins, just nice for Christmas 

制成松软低糖杂果玛芬蛋糕,最适合当圣诞礼物。

(Yield 10 muffinss, 可制作10份) Ingredients 材料: 1 egg 鸡蛋 40g caster sugar 细砂糖 25g orange juice 橙汁 45g plain yogurt 原味优格 40g milk 牛奶 110g all purpose flour 普通面粉
1/2 tsp baking powder 泡打粉 1/4 tsp baking soda 小苏打 (optional) Orange Zest 橙皮 1 tbsp plain flour coat mixed fruit 1汤匙普通面粉裹杂果
Method做法:
1. Pre-soaked (overnight) 70-90g mixed fruit in orange juice 橙汁浸泡70-90克杂果(泡过夜)

2. Mix egg and sugar, stir till sugar dissolve 鸡蛋与糖搅至糖溶解

3. Add all ingredients 加全部材料

4. Add Sieved Flour 加过筛粉类

5. Add Mixed fruit(sieve through) 加杂果( 过筛)

6. keep the liquid for later 过滤的液体放一旁备用

7.(optional) Top with chocolate chips (可加)巧克力粒点缀

8. Bake at 170 degrees preheated oven for 20 min  放进170度预热烤箱烤20分钟

9. use mixed fruit liquid to glaze muffins 用剩下的杂果液体涂蛋糕表面


Note: Yield 10 muffins (6.5cm silicone moulds) 可制成10个玛芬蛋糕(6.5cm的模具)
