Ingredients:
1/2 pack of watercress (washed) 半包西洋菜
2-4 spare rib 2-4 块排骨
some wolfberry 枸杞
1-2 slice of ginger 1-2片姜
1 honey date 1个蜜枣
pinch of salt and pepper 盐和胡椒粉调味
Method:
1. Put spare rib in pot before you on the heat.
2. Remove spare rib when boil and transfer to a double boil pot.
3. Add ginger, wolfberry, honey date, watercress and water (fill 90% full)
4. Put in double boil pot and boil for 3 hours.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve.
1. 用冷水川烫排骨(肉汁才不会流失),待滚后捞起。
2. 在炖锅里放排骨、枸杞、蜜枣、姜和西洋菜。加水至9分满。
3.炖约3小时。
4. 加盐和胡椒粉调味。
5. 可上桌。
