【简单易做RECIPE】在家做的脆皮虾饼 VS 餐馆脆皮虾饼,哪个好吃?| How to cook Crispy Prawn Pancake t...



Each time I go Ding Tai Fong, I will order the Crispy Prawn Pancake. These days need to save $$, so cook at home and discover a easy way to cook ( I cook using Air Fryer) and taste just as good as in restaurant.

Ingredients:
(to make 1 pancake)
1/2 pack prawn paste
5-6 small prawn (optional)
some carrot to dice
1/2 tsp coriander paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
little oil
Bean curd skin

Method:
1. squeeze out the prawn paste in a bowl.
2. Add diced carrot, coriander paste and garlic paste, and oil. Mix well.
3. Get ready the bean curd skin. Cut to desire size. Do wipe away the salt on the surface (as it can be quite salty)
4. Spread prawn mixture on 1 piece and cover the other piece of bean curd skin and seal with corn starch.
5. Set Airfry or Oven at 150 degrees. Each side 5 minutes.
6. Cut into slices and ready to serve.
