Low Fat Old School Chinese Shortbread Recipe @ 玩食我FoodiEatPlayground
Yield 8 pieces(depend on size)
可做8份(依大小而定)
Ingredients:
200g Cake Flour
200克蛋糕粉
1/4tsp baking soda
1/4茶匙苏打粉
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2茶匙泡打粉
1 egg
1个鸡蛋
80g caster sugar
80克白糖
20g Rice Bran oil (why use Rice Bran Oil? can refer to this video)
20克米糠油
25ml Evaporated Milk
25毫升淡奶
70ml fresh milk
70毫升鲜奶
Method:
Add wet mixture to dry mixture
加混合液体入干粉中
Add Plain flour on work surface
在桌上洒一定份量的面粉
Roll into ball & flatten it
揉成球状并压平
Preheat oven 170 degrees
预热烤箱170度
Bake for 35 minutes
烤35分钟
Baking Tips: Next day, reheat in oven or air fryer : 170deg for 3 min
隔天放入烤箱或气炸锅加热3分钟170度
Result: Softer, Fluffier and Tastier
