Salted Egg Crispy Cornflakes | Low Fat Low Sugar Recipe @玩食我FoodiEatPlayground Youtube Tutorial
Ingredients & Method:
3 salted egg yolks + 50g corn flakes / 3个咸蛋黄 + 50克玉米片
Add a little rice wine to salted egg/ 加一点米酒在咸蛋黄上
Steam for 15 minutes/ 蒸15分钟
Use fork to smash into pieces/ 用叉子把蛋黄压碎
Add 10g butter to pan/ 加10克牛油在锅中
Add salted egg yolk / 加咸蛋黄
Fry till see bubbles / 炒至看到泡泡
Add a handful of curry leaf (pat dry) / 加一手咖喱叶(洗净拍干)
Add 20g caster sugar(add more to suit your taste) / 加20克白糖(可加多至合你意)
Fry till sugar melt & see bubbles / 炒至糖溶化及看到泡泡
Add 50g cornflakes / 加50克玉米片
Fry till all coated and slight golden, about 3-5 minutes / 炒至全裹上蛋黄酱并变金黄,约3-5分钟
Note: This is a Low fat, Low sugar version, healthier choice . Can add more sugar to suit your taste
