【Easy CNY Vegetarian Dish RECIPE】Braised Vegetables with Fermented Red Beancurd | Not the usual vegetables|️南乳焖斋 |非传统|新年食谱 @玩食我FoodiEatPlayground
Ingredients 食材:
1/4cabbage
1/4包菜
3-4 sweet dried bean curd (Presoak)
3-4片甜腐竹(先泡发)
1 glass noodle (presoak)
1个冬粉(先泡软)
1/2 carrot
1/2 红萝卜
3 fermented red bean curd
3个南乳
2 spoonful Shao Xing wine
2汤匙绍兴酒
Method做法:
Add cooking oil to pot
锅中加少许油
Add 2 slices of ginger
加2姜片
Add fermented beancurd mixture
加入南乳酱
Mix well
搅拌均匀
Add carrot
加红萝卜
Add cabbage
加包菜
Add 1 cup water
加1杯水
Cover & cook for 10 min
盖锅煮10分钟
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce
加1汤匙酱青
Add 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
加1汤匙素蚝油
Add dried bean curd
加甜腐竹(切块)
Add 2 tbsp water
加2汤匙水
Add 1 tsp sugar
加1茶匙糖
Add some salt to enhance flavour
加点盐调味
Wait for it to boil
待煮滚
Add glass noodle
加冬粉
Cover pot & cook for 5 min
盖锅煮5分钟
Tips: Wait for 5-10 min then serve
待5-10分钟才上桌(更入味)

【Easy Chinese Dessert RECIPE】Red Bean Green Bean Soup | 2 in 1 Dessert |️红豆绿豆汤 |清热解毒利尿消肿糖水 |2合1糖水食谱

Red Bean Soup 红豆汤部分:
55g Red bean
55克红豆
1 orange peel
1片橙皮
200ml water
200毫升清水
20g rock sugar
20克冰糖
Note: I used double boil pot to cook. 4 hours cooking time. If you use pressure cooker, time will be shortened.
Green Bean Soup 绿豆汤部分:
80g green bean
80克绿豆
700ml water
700毫升清水
Add green bean once water boiled
水滚后可加绿豆
Cook for 1/2 hour
煮半小时
Add 200ml water (as water will reduce)
加200毫升水(因水份会被绿豆吸收)
Add 1 rock sugar
加1块冰糖
Cook till sugar melt
煮至冰糖溶化
Ready to assemble. Serve when hot.
可以2合1了。趁热吃。

Ingredients成份:
30g Pandan leaves
30克班兰叶
125g water
125克清水
Blend to paste
搅成糊状
Extract Pandan juice
提取班兰汁
40g desiccated coconut
40克干燥椰丝
Add a pinch of salt
加少许盐
Steam for 15 minutes
蒸15分钟
A:
500g grated tapioca
500克木薯泥
Add 150g caster sugar
加150克白糖
Mix well
搅拌均匀
Method做法:
1. Add 100g coconut milk To A
加100克椰奶至A
2. Add Pandan juice
加班兰汁
3. Add steamed grated coconut
加蒸过的椰丝
4. Add 20g sieved cassava flour
加20克木薯粉(过筛)
5. Mix well
搅拌均匀
6. Add a little cooking oil to pan
锅内加少许食油
7. Scoop one spoonful of mixture to pan
锅里分别放一勺木薯面糊
8. Flip when base turn solid
底部定型后翻面
9. Till pancake turn golden brown
至煎饼呈金黄色
