Ingredients 食材:
2 chicken thighs
2份去皮鸡腿肉
6 ginger slices
6份姜片
100ml water
100毫升清水
Method做法:
Add water to pot.
加清水入锅
Once water boiled, add ginger slices
水滚后加姜片
Once boil again, add chicken
水再次沸腾时加鸡肉
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil
加1汤匙麻油
Cover & cook for 5 minutes
盖上煮5分钟
Add 1/2 tsp salt
加1/2茶匙玫瑰盐
Add 3 tbsp glutinous rice wine
加3汤匙糯米酒
Cover & cook for 25 minutes
盖上煮25分钟
Add salt to taste
加少许盐调味
Off heat & add 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
关火并加1/2汤匙麻油
Cover & let it rest before serve
盖上锁住味道才上桌
