Ingredients成份:
2 cup rice
2杯米
2 Stalks spring onion
2颗青葱
2-3 eggs
2-3个鸡蛋
 (optional) bean sprouts
(可加)豆芽
1/2 tsp salt
1/2茶匙盐
1/2 tsp mushroom seasoning
1/2茶匙素菇粉
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
1 tsp mirin
1 茶匙味淋

Method做法:
Rice Wash & rinse
洗米
Pour rice in rice cooker
把米放入饭锅
Add 2 cups water
加两杯水
Add all seasoning and Drizzle of shallot oil or sesame oil
加全部调味料和少许葱油或麻油
Mix well
调匀
Press “cook”
按下煮食键
Once cooked,Add bean sprouts ,Lightly beaten eggs
饭煮好了后,加豆芽、稍微打散的蛋
Keep warm for 10 minutes
保温10分钟
Stir lightly
稍微拌匀
Add spring onion
加葱段
A dash of pepper
少许胡椒粉
Stir lightly
稍微拌匀
Keep warm for 5 minutes
保温5分钟
Ready to serve
可享用
