【Easy Cake RECIPE】Best Steam Banana Cupcake | No Mixer No Oven No Reheat |❤️ 蒸香蕉杯子蛋糕|不开裂|隔天还松软|不用搅拌器  @玩食我Foodie At Playground  if you love Banana cake, you will love this cupcakes - no need oven, no need mixer, and no need reheat if eat the next day. 你是否和我一样喜欢吃香蕉蛋糕?这杯子蛋糕圆润不开裂,而且不用烤箱,不用搅拌器,隔天也不用蒸就已很松软了。
Best Steam Banana Cupcake Recipe

(Yield: I used 4 cm base paper cups, can make 6 🧁 我用4公分宽的纸杯,可做6个小蛋糕

Ingredients 材料:

65g overripe banana(mashed) 过熟香蕉(捣烂)

1 egg 鸡蛋

40g caster sugar 细砂糖

20g cake flour 蛋糕粉

40g Self Raising Flour 自发粉

1/4 tsp Baking Soda 小苏打

1 tbsp cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil) 食用油(我用葡萄籽油)

(optional) 1/4 tsp vanilla essence (可加)香精油


Method 做法:

1. Stir egg and sugar till sugar melt 鸡蛋和糖搅均匀至糖溶解

2. Add mashed banana 加香蕉泥

3. Sift all flour 面粉全过筛

4. Mix wet & dry ingredients 干湿材料混合

5. Add cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil) 加食用油(我用葡萄籽油)

6. Add 1/4 tsp vanilla essence (可加)香精油

7. Mix well 搅拌均匀

8. Ready to add to paper cups 准备倒入纸杯

9. Fill to almost full 盛到几乎满

10. Tap to release air bubbles 震几下去除气泡

11. Steam on medium to high heat for 15 minutes 中火至大火蒸15分钟

12. Ready to serve 完成!

Note: 

- I used grapeseed oil as it is better for women health. You can use any neutral flavour oil. 我用葡萄籽油基于对女性的健康有益。你也可以用无味的食用油,如米糠油等等。

- Best to steam cake on High heat (or medium heat depends on your stove)  so you have the balloon effect 最好用中火至大火蒸蛋糕,才能取得“气球”般的效果。

- Pls follow the recipe closely and don't use too much flour as it will result in hard cake 不要用超过食谱所需的面粉分量,这只会使蛋糕变得过硬。
