【Eng Sub】Easy Sugarless Nian Gao | CNY Baking |️ 简单快速无糖年糕 | 出现神秘来宾 简单易做无糖年糕 Easy Sugarless Nian Gao by Foodplayground.blogspot.com * 2 ingredients 简单材料 * No sugar 无糖 * Quick & Easy Recipe 简单快速食谱 * for Vegetarian 适合茹素者 材料 Ingredient: 50g 椰枣(无核)Kurma Dates (Seedless) 50g 糯米粉 glutinous rice flour 100g 热水 Hot Water 可加10g 椰糖浆(optional) 10g Gula Melaka Syrup 可加枸杞点缀 (Optional) Garnish with goji berry 做法 Method: 1. 椰枣加热水静置15分钟 Add hot water to Kurma Dates, Rest for 15 minutes 2. 放入搅拌机搅拌 Blend in blender 3. 椰枣汁过筛 Sift through mixture 4. 加糯米粉,搅拌均匀 Add glutinous rice flour and mix well 5. 加粉浆到模具至满 Fill moulds to the brim 6. 中火蒸30分钟 Steam on medium heat for 30 minutes 7. 趁热可加枸杞点缀 (Optional) Garnish with goji berry when still hot 8. 关盖让年糕定型 cover lid to keep the shape Note: 1. 冷却后依然软嫩 still soft even though it has cooled down 2. 冷藏一段时间会像传统年糕一样变硬 Keep in fridge for few more days, it will turn harder just like traditional nian gao. 3. 这无糖年糕不需要用很长时间蒸煮且较健康,适合年长者甚至糖尿病患者食用。 used less time to cook and healthier, suitable for elderly and diabetic patients (CONSUME IN MODERATION). |
