Cooking vegetarian “scallops “ that I learned from a Korean cooking show
Ingredients :
2 King Oyster Mushroom
Salt to season
Sauce Seasoning:
1 Mince Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4tsp Oyster Sauce
Method:
1. Use damp kitchen towel to wipe King Oyster Mushroom
2. Season with salt
3. Heat Pan with Cooking Oil and butter (omit if you are vegetarian)
4 Add mushroom. Turn over if become slightly brown
5. Top with sauce
6. Simmer for 5 minutes
7. Garnish with spring onion
材料:
2个杏鲍菇
少许盐调味
葱花点缀
酱汁:
1瓣蒜末
1 汤匙生抽
1/2 茶匙糖
1 茶匙麻油
1/4茶匙蚝油
做法:
1. 用微湿的厨房纸巾擦拭2个杏鲍菇
2. 撒一些盐调味
3. 锅中加食用油和牛油(茹素者可省略)
4. 放入杏鲍菇,煎至金黄色后翻面
5. 淋上酱汁
6. 焖煮5分钟
7. 葱花点缀
Tips:
低温热油(因为牛油的烟点低,不适合大火)
Cook on Low heat (As butter have low smoke point)
