Black Glutinous Rice Dessert (Rice Cooker Version)
饭锅版黑糯米糖水

This is a Low GI , rice cooker version Black Glutinous Rice Dessert, please give it a try.
这是饭锅版且较低升糖(用了椰枣糖浆)的健康甜品。试试看吧!

Ingredients 材料:
60g Black Glutinous Rice 黑糯米
850ml Water 清水
2 Pandan Leave 斑兰叶
70g Rock Sugar 冰糖
30g Date Syrup 枣糖浆
1/2 tbsp Corn Starch Water 玉米粉水
Some coconut milk 椰奶适量
Method :
1. Soak Black Glutinous Rice for 4 hours
2. Put drained rice and pandan leaves in Rice Cooker
3. Add water and set "Congee" function.
4. Once done, add rock sugar and syrup.
5. Keep warm for 15 minutes.
6. For non-starchy version, can just serve with coconut cream or milk.
7. For starchy version, stir in corn starch water and serve with coconut milk.
做法:
1. 泡发黑糯米约4小时。
2. 把过滤的黑糯米和班兰叶放入饭锅里。
3. 加水,按“煮粥”模式
4. 煮熟后,加冰糖和糖浆。
5. 保温15分钟。
6. 要浓稠版,可加玉米水勾芡,上桌前加椰奶。
