Vlog 13/22 Made No Knead Kopitiam Bread + Unboxing Novita Portable HydroPlus Water Filter 免揉咖啡店面包+开箱 @FoodiEat随食慢活
The making of Kopitiam Bread. Did a no knead version, as not good at kneading by hand 😅
动手做咖啡店面包。我做的是无揉面版本,因为真不擅长揉面。
Yield 1 small loaf
(Recipe adapted from FB - Barry Apek)
Ingredients:
15g Low GI Sugar
163g Bread Flour
1/2 tsp Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
105g Water
13g Melted Butter
Method:
Mix all ingredients till form dough
Leave in fridge chill Overnight
Fold dough and put in loaf pan
Proof for 1 hour till double in size
Bake in 190 degree preheated oven for 40 minutes

163g 高筋面粉
1/2 tsp 干酵母
1/2 tsp 玫瑰盐
105g 清水
13g 溶化牛油
做法:
混合材料至成团
放冰箱静置过夜
擀平和折叠面团,放入模具
发酵1小时至大一倍
放入190度预热烤箱烤40分钟
