Yam cake add another dimension to this breakfast. I can taste the hae bee, mushroom & yam!

Fried Yam Cake 炒芋头糕

Ingredients:
1 Store bought Yam Cake
3 tbsp Rinsed Dried Radish (Cai Por)
2 Eggs

炒芋头粿
材料有:
1  x 现成芋头糕
3汤匙菜脯 (洗干净)
两粒鸡蛋

Method:
1. Yam cake cut into cubes   芋头糕切块
2. Heat oil fry yam cake till slight char  热油炒香芋头糕
3. Drizzle some fish sauce & continue frying  加一点鱼露继续炒香
4. Add minced garlic   爆香蒜茸
5. Add Cai Por  加菜脯继续爆香
6. Add egg    加鸡蛋
7. Set the egg by flatten the mixture  铺平让蛋液定型
8. Add more fish sauce  加鱼露
9. Add white pepper 加少许胡椒粉
10. Add Sweet Sauce   加甜酱
11. Add dark soy sauce  加黑酱油
12. Flip over   现在可翻面
13. Add more sweet sauce (for taste & Colour)  加甜酱 (要更黑更甜的话)
14. Add a pinch of sugar (to taste)   加少许糖 (要更甜的话)
15. Ready to serve  很香! 可上桌了!
16. Garnish with spring onion  加葱花或葱段点缀
