【Easy Egg RECIPE】Anti-virus: Fried Onion Egg + Fried Preserved Radish On...
These egg dishes goes so well with porridge! And onion has anti virus properties. Just nice for now.

1. Fried onion egg 洋葱煎蛋
Ingredients 材料
1 onion
1个洋葱
2 eggs
2个鸡蛋
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
Some pepper
少许胡椒粉
Method做法:
Onion Fry till slightly soften
炒至稍微软化
Add to egg mixture (with seasoning)
加进蛋液里
Flop to the other side. Fry till cooked
两面煎至金黄即可
2. Cai Bo Onion egg 菜脯洋葱煎蛋
Ingredients 材料
2 tbsp dried radish (Cai Bo)
2 汤匙菜脯
1/2 onion
1/2洋葱
2 eggs
2个鸡蛋
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
Some pepper
少许胡椒粉
Method做法:
Rinse preserved radish (Cai Poh)
冲洗一下菜脯
Heat oil on pan
下油热锅
Add onion & Cai Poh
加洋葱和菜脯
Fried till fragrant
炒香
Add to egg mixture (with seasoning)
加进蛋液里
Flop to the other side. Fry till cooked
两面煎至金黄即可
Onion add a bit of sweetness to Cai poh egg
洋葱为菜脯蛋增添了一些甜味,赞!

【Easy Breakfast RECIPE】Boost immune system- Overnight Oats with Avocado @玩食我Foodieatplayground

Ingredients/成分:
300ml Milk (I used Almond Milk)
300克奶类(我用杏仁奶)
1 tbsp Gula Melaka
1汤匙椰糖或椰枣蜜
300g rolled oats
300克燕麦片
Add 1/2 cup blueberries
加1/2杯蓝莓
Add 1 tbsp basil seeds or chia seeds
加1 汤匙罗勒籽/奇亚籽
Mix well
搅拌均匀
Leave oats overnight in fridge
放入冰箱待隔夜
Method做法:
1 Avocado
1鳄梨
Blend well
搅拌均匀
Add some milk from overnight oats
加一点奶入鳄梨
Take out overnight oats 取出隔夜燕麦
Add nuts of your choice (I add Brazil nuts)
可加你喜欢的坚果(我用巴西坚果)
Add avocado mixture
加鳄梨奶液
Add blue pea flower pearl sago(from my previous video)
加碟豆花西米块(可看我之前的影片)
Top with some blueberries
加蓝莓点缀
This overnight oats is high in antioxidants
And good fats (from avocado)
此隔夜燕麦含高抗氧化成分,也让人体吸收到好油(鳄梨). 希望大家都健康。

【Easy Soup RECIPE】Boost immune system- Sweet Corn Carrot Spare Rib Soup|...
I cooked this soup quite sometime ago. Actually want to cook ABC soup, but not enough ingredients in the fridge, in the end cooked this soup. It has high in Vitamin A, good to drink during this virus attack period.

Ingredients:
3 spare ribs
3份排骨
1-2 corn
1-2份玉米
1 carrot
1个红萝卜
Method:
Blanch spare ribs(see previous videos for steps)
汆烫排骨(步骤可看之前的影片)
Put all ingredients in pot (for 1-2 person)
把食材全放炖盅里(1-2人份)
Add 2 dried scallops
加两个干贝
Add 500ml water
加500毫升清水
Boil for 3 hours
炖煮3小时
Add some salt
加少许盐
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce
加1汤匙酱青
Add some pepper
加少许胡椒粉调味
Suitable for young & old
大人小孩都适合饮用

Black Bean Peanut Spare Ribs Soup 黑豆花生排骨汤 @玩食我FoodiEatPlayground
Since young, I have been drinking this black bean peanut spare ribs soup. Mom always say :”it’s good for you!” But never say in details the goodness. This soup actually help us absorb protein and calcium. And it helps to boost immune system. Best to drink during this virus Attack period.

自小,妈妈就常煮黑豆花生排骨汤给我喝。这汤外面很少能喝到,只有家里煮才喝到。妈妈常说这汤对身体好,现在才发现原来她指的好,也包括增强免疫力。尤其是在这人心惶惶的武汉流感时期,这补汤更是我们应该喝的。
对从去年生病到现在的我,尤其需要。大家也要一起增强免疫力保护身体。

成分Ingredients:
90g black beans
90克黑豆
50g Peanut
50克花生
1 handful dried cuttlefish
一把干鱿鱼丝
3 spare ribs
3个排骨
2 honey dates
2个蜜枣
做法Method:
Add spare ribs to a pot of water
排骨放在还没煮的水中
Add ginger slice
加姜片
Add a little Shao Xing wine
加一点绍兴酒(去腥)
Wait for it to boil
待煮滚
Remove spare ribs
可取出排骨(汆烫完成)
Add all ingredients to pot
加全部材料入炖盅里
Add 700ml water
加700毫升清水
cook for 3 hours
煮3小时
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce
加1汤匙酱青
A pinch of salt
少许盐
Some pepper
少许胡椒粉
Ready to serve
