【Easy Egg RECIPE】Anti-virus: Fried Onion Egg + Fried Preserved Radish On...



These egg dishes goes so well with porridge! And onion has anti virus properties. Just nice for now.

1. Fried onion egg 洋葱煎蛋
Ingredients 材料
1 onion
1个洋葱
2 eggs
2个鸡蛋
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
Some pepper
少许胡椒粉

Method做法:
Onion Fry till slightly soften
炒至稍微软化
Add to egg mixture (with seasoning)
加进蛋液里
Flop to the other side. Fry till cooked
两面煎至金黄即可

2. Cai Bo Onion egg 菜脯洋葱煎蛋
Ingredients 材料
2 tbsp dried radish (Cai Bo)
2 汤匙菜脯
1/2 onion
1/2洋葱
2 eggs
2个鸡蛋
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
Some pepper
少许胡椒粉

Method做法:
Rinse preserved radish (Cai Poh)
冲洗一下菜脯
Heat oil on pan
下油热锅
Add onion & Cai Poh
加洋葱和菜脯
Fried till fragrant
炒香
Add to egg mixture (with seasoning)
加进蛋液里
Flop to the other side. Fry till cooked
两面煎至金黄即可

Onion add a bit of sweetness to Cai poh egg
洋葱为菜脯蛋增添了一些甜味,赞!
