Earl Grey Bread with Raisin 

伯爵茶葡萄干口味面包

如果你不喜欢白面包，你会喜欢这个超香、微甜又松软的面包。

Ingredients 材料：

250g Bread Flour

高筋面粉

3g Salt 

玫瑰盐

34g Sugar 

细砂糖

3g Instant Yeast

干酵母

180ml warm milk

温牛奶

2 Earl Grey Tea Bags

伯爵茶包

25g Butter

牛油

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients, except butter. 

2. Knead using mixer,bread maker, by hand 

3. Add butter

4. Window Pane Check 

5. Proof for 1 hour 

6. Divide into 3 Equal Portions 

7. Roll Dough to Flatten and add Raisin

8. Put in Loaf Pan 

9. Proof for 1 hour 

10. Brush Egg Wash

11. Bake in Preheated oven 160 degree for 35 min

做法：

1. 混合全部材料，牛油除外。

2. 可用手、搅拌机或面包机揉面。

3. 加牛油。

4. 查看有没有出手套膜

5. 发酵1小时

6. 分3个同等份

7. 擀平后加葡萄干

8. 放入模具

9. 发酵1小时

10. 刷蛋液

11. 放入预热烤箱160度烤35分钟。
