Recently craving for so thinking to try making it using Thermal Flask. This recipe yield the familiar taste that I remember. And save energy too.This portion is for 2-3 pax. 比较年轻时吃过这道糖水。最近有点想念这个味道，所以尝试用焖烧罐来煮。跟我之前想念的味道一样，而且更省事，适合我！ Quail Eggs Red Date Dessert using Thermal Flask 鹌鹑蛋红枣糖水（焖烧罐煮法） 1/2 White fungus (soaked) 白木耳（泡发） 6 Red Dates (Washed) 红枣（洗净） 1 handful Goji berry 枸杞适量（洗净） 4-5 Dried longan 龙眼（洗净） 60g Rock Sugar 冰糖 7-8 Quail Eggs 鹌鹑蛋 750nl Hot Water 热水

Method:

1. Add all ingredients in preheated thermal flask

2. Rest for 3 hours

3. Ready to serve

做法：

1. 全部材料放入焖烧罐

2. 静置3小时。

3. 可享用。
