【Steam Cake RECIPE】Black Sesame Steam Cake (Huat Kueh) | Low Sugar & Oil |❤️ 黑芝麻发糕|低糖低油 @随食慢活FoodiEat
(Yield 4 small cakes, 可制作4份)
Ingredients 材料:
15g black sesame powder 黑芝麻粉
30g caster sugar 细砂糖
90g Hot Milk 热牛奶
20g Rice Flour 粘米粉
65g All Purpose Flour 面粉
1/2 tsp baking powder 泡打粉
10g neutral flavoured oil 葡萄籽油(或玉米油、葵花子油等等)
Method 做法:
1. Mix all ingredients together 全部材料混合。
2. Fill paper cup to almost full 纸杯的面糊加到几乎满出来。
3. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes 大火蒸15分钟即可。
Note: Use little oil and sugar in this recipe, yield a dense yet soft huat kueh. 用少油少糖,发糕扎实但松软
