Prata Vegetable Curry | 原来在家也能还原印度煎饼配蔬菜咖喱 Prata Vegetable Curry Sauce 印度煎饼蔬菜咖喱 @随食慢活FoodiEat Similar to the Curry that goes with prata in hawker centre 味道就像熟食中心配印度煎饼的咖喱 * simple ingredients 简单材料 * less sugar & oil 少油少糖 * Vegetarian 素食 Ingredients 材料： 1 tbsp cooking oil (I used rice bran oil) 我用米糠油 1 +1/2 tbsp vegetable curry powder 蔬菜咖喱粉 1/2 onion 洋葱 Carrot & other vegetables of your choice 红萝卜和其他蔬菜 150ml water 清水 1/2 tsp Salt 玫瑰盐 5 small tomatoes 小番茄 1/2 tsp Sugar 砂糖 1 tsp soy sauce 酱青 1/4 tsp mushroom seasoning 素菇粉 Frozen prata 冷冻煎饼

Method 做法：

1. Fry curry powder with oil till fragrant 

先炒香咖哩粉

2. Add some water（about 50ml)  to simmer

加50ml清水煮至洋葱软化

3. Add Carrot & other vegetables of your choice 

加红萝卜和其他蔬菜

4. Add water 

加清水

5. Simmer for 5 minutes 

焖煮约5分钟

6. Add tomatoes and seasoning 

加小番茄和调味料

7. Cook till vegetables soften

煮至蔬菜软化

Note：

- As there's no coconut milk, Can store for 3 days in fridge 

由于无椰奶，所以可冷藏保存3天
