Cooking Vlog~3 Ingredients No Sugar Raindrop Cake - Mango Passion Fruit | 果味无糖水信玄饼  @随食慢活FoodiEat  Was gifted a Fruit Spread and I am super excited to use it to make into a dessert as weather is so hot these days! I like that sugar is not in the ingredients list, and use all natural ingredients! So I used this fruit spread to make this Mango Passion Fruit Raindrop Cake without adding sugar (or used very little sugar). Only used 3 ingredients. Happy to share my recipe:

* 3 ingredients 3个简单材料

* No or less sugar 无糖或少糖

* Easy Recipe 简单做法

Ingredients: 

50g Mango and Passion Fruit Spread 芒果百香果酱

1/2 tsp Agar Agar Powder 菜燕粉

250g Water清水

(Optional) 10g Sugar 细砂糖

Method: 

1. Add water and agar agar in a pot. 锅里放菜燕粉和清水

2. Stir well and let it boil. 搅匀待煮沸

3. Add mango and passion fruit spread 直接加果酱

4. Add sugar to taste 

5. Pour into moulds and chill to set. 倒液体入模具，放冰箱待凝固

6. Unmould and Serve cold. 脱模后即可享用

Note：

- Do not store in freezer 不可放冷冻
