Vlog 15 Gluten Free Crispy Waffle | Back to school | Home Cafe 无麸质华夫饼 | 重回校园 | 咖啡时光  @FoodiEat随食慢活  The making of Gluten Free Crispy Waffle. This week also my busy week to be back to poly. 动手做无麸质华夫饼，还分享我第一天回校园，还有日常喝咖啡的时刻。

Recently in love with cafe crispy waffle, so trying to make small portion at home 

最近喜欢上咖啡座的脆松饼，所以想在家做一点点试看看

(Recipe adapted from Here) 

Gluten Free Crispy Waffle

This recipe can make about 5 pieces 

Ingredients:

1 Egg 

1/4tsp Vanilla Essence 

1 tbsp Rice bran oil 

2 tbsp Water 

 1/2 cup Glutitious Rice Flour 

1/8 cup Corn Starch 

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 Tbsp Sugar 

1/4 tsp Salt 

Method: 

1. Mix wet and dry ingredients 

2. Rest for 20 minutes 

3. Put batter in waffle machine 

4. Ready after 7 minutes 

5. Nice with maple syrup

份量可做5片

材料：

1  鸡蛋 

1/4tsp 香草精

1 tbsp 米糠油

2 tbsp 清水

 1/2 cup  糯米粉

1/8 cup 玉米粉

1 tsp 泡打粉

1 Tbsp 砂糖 

1/4 tsp 玫瑰盐

做法：

1. 混合干湿材料

2. 静置20分钟

3. 放面糊入松饼机

4. 7分钟后完成 

5. 搭配枫糖浆
