买到酸的芒果怎么办?不要浪费,像我一样做芒果布丁吧!此菜燕或布丁的芒果酸味减低且不过甜!很清新的颜色和味道!
(This portion Can make 2 x 12cm Agar Agar
这份量可做两个12公分的菜燕)
Ingredients 成份:
1st Layer:
1/2 tsp Agar Agar Powder
1/2茶匙菜燕粉
30g caster sugar(add more if you want sweeter)
30g 克砂糖(要甜一点可提高份量)
250g coconut water
250克椰子水
Stir well
搅拌均匀
Cook & Stir constantly till boil
边煮边搅拌至沸腾
Pour 1/2 portion to mould
倒一半分量到模具中
Add 35g mango cubes(or more)
加35克芒果块(或更多)
2nd Layer:
140g mango
140克芒果块
1g lemon juice (to prevent oxidation)
1克柠檬汁(防芒果氧化)
70g water
70克清水
Blend well
搅打成汁
1/2 tsp Agar Agar Powder
1/2茶匙菜燕粉
40g caster sugar(add more if you want sweeter)
40g 克砂糖(要甜一点可提高份量)
Add 50ml water
加50毫升清水
Add 200g mango purée(sieve through)
加200克芒果汁(过筛)
Stir well
搅拌均匀
Cook & Stir constantly till boil
边煮边搅拌至沸腾
Pour mixture to mould
倒菜燕到模具中
Tips: Use fork lightly scrap the surface of 1st layer(prevent separation)
小贴士:用叉轻轻在菜燕表面刮一刮(防止两层分离)
