【Easy Rice Cooker RECIPE】Rice Cooker Rice Dumpling Ver.3 (Hokkien Bak Chang) | ❤️ 懒人福建肉粽|饭锅版3.0

(Recipe adopted from Guai Shu Shu)

Dried ingredients所需干粮:
- 8 Dried Bamboo leaves 8片竹叶
-8 dried mushroom 8朵冬菇
-300gm Glutinous Rice 300克糯米
Wash all dried ingredients & soak mushrooms for 20 minutes
干粮全洗干净,冬菇泡水20分钟

Rice Seasoning糯米调味料
1/2 bowl mushroom water
1/2碗冬菇水
1 tbsp shallot oil
1汤匙葱油
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2汤匙蚝油
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1汤匙黑酱油
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
1 tsp five spice powder
1茶匙五香粉
Mix well
搅拌均匀
Soak for 3-4 hours
泡约3-4小时

Prepare Meat & Mushroom 炖煮猪肉和冬菇:
300gm pork shoulder
300克猪五花
Add mushroom
加冬菇
调味料seasoning:
1 tbsp Hua diao wine
1汤匙花雕酒
5-6 rock sugar
5-6 片冰糖
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1汤匙黑酱油
1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙酱青
1 tsp five spice powder
1茶匙五香粉
Mix well
搅拌均匀
Slow cook for 3 hours(or use pressure cooker)
慢炖3小时(或用压力锅煮)
Add ready to eat chestnut
加烤栗子
Mix well
搅拌均匀
Cover & keep warm
盖着保温备用

Prepare Bamboo Leaves准备竹叶
Add washed bamboo leaves to boiling water
加洗净的竹叶到沸水的锅中
Submerge in water for 10 minutes
煮竹叶约10分钟

Method做法:
1. Line cooked leaves in rice cooker
把竹叶铺在饭锅里
2. Smooth surface face top
记得滑面朝上
3. Pour rice in
饭倒下去
4. Add other ingredients
加馅料
5. Add about 2 bowls of water
加约两碗水
6. Fold leaves so that can cover lid
把竹叶折至可关盖
7. Press Steam/quick cook mode
按“蒸/快煮”模式
8. Cook time about 20 minutes
煮饭时间约20分钟
9. Check if rice is softened
检查一下饭是否煮软
10. If not soft enough, add more water & quick cook again
如果饭未软可加点水再按蒸煮模式
11. (Optional)add salted egg yolk powder
(随意)加咸蛋黄粉
12. Keep warm for 20 minutes
保温约20 分钟

Tips: 
1.Tastier if eat the next days. 隔天才吃会更入味!
2. Put some oil on the bamboo leaves after placed in rice cooker so that the rice won't stick too much to the leaves. 放饭在竹叶之前,先涂一层油,饭才不会粘在叶子上。
