Pandan Bread Loaf with Dates

椰枣是最天然又低升糖的甜食

Ingredients 材料:
A:
260g Bread Flour 面包粉(Sift 过筛)
3g Salt 玫瑰盐
30g Sugar 砂糖
1 medium egg 中型鸡蛋
3g Instant Yeast 干酵母
130ml skimmed milk 低脂牛奶
B:
25g butter 牛油
2 tsp pandan emulco 班兰香精
50g Chopped Kurma dates 椰枣粒
Method 做法:
1. Mix all A ingredients
混合全部A材料
2. knead using mixer,bread maker, by hand
可用手、搅拌机或面包机揉面
3. Add B ingredients
加B 材料
4. window pane check
看出膜没
5. Proof for 1 hour
醒面1小时
6. divide into 3 portions
分成三份
7. Add chopped Dates
加椰枣粒
8. store overnight in fridge
存放在冰箱
9. Proof for 1 hour
醒面1小时
10. bake in 160deg preheated oven for 35 minutes
放入160度预热烤箱烤35分钟
Note:
- It is important to reach window pane stage , for your bread to be soft and fluffy.
- If no pandan emulco, can use pandan paste or pandan extract
- Can eat the bread on its own (as there's added kurma date)
- If you want to eat it plain, can just omit kurma dates.
小提醒:
- 记得要揉面至出膜,面包才会又软又拉丝。
- 如果没有班兰香精,可用班兰叶榨成汁,同等分量。
- 因为有加椰枣,所以无需涂任何果酱也很可口。
- 可选择不加椰枣,味道就像市售的班兰面包。
