Used leftover mandarin orange from CNY to make refreshing dessert. So refreshing and healthy, best for this hot weather!

天气这么热，最适合来杯清凉消暑又健康的甜品！这也是我们多吃水果的好方法！ 龙珠果含高抗氧化物和膳食纤维；柑橘含维生素C和胡萝卜素，可强化免疫力😊 Weather so hot these days, best to have a cup of refreshing and healthy dessert! It is our way to eat more fruits too! P.S: dragon fruit high in antioxidants and fibre; mandarin orange high in carotene, enhancing immune system. Stay safe stay healthy all! 材料 Ingredients: Base Layer 下层 250ml 卢柑汁 mandarin orange juice 1/4 + 1/2 tsp 菜燕粉 agar agar powder 35-40g 细砂糖 sugar

做法 Method:

1. 边搅拌边等煮沸

stir and boil the mixture

2. 在蛋糕模具里斜放玻璃杯

rest glass in loaf pan 

3. 倒入液体，待凝固

Pour mixture, wait for it to set 

Top Layer 上层 1/2 龙珠果 Dragon fruit 1/4 + 1/2 tsp 菜燕粉 agar agar powder 40g 细砂糖 sugar 250ml 清水 water

做法 Method:

1. 边搅拌边等煮沸

stir and boil the mixture

2.下层定型后就可倒入液体
Once base layer set, can pour in the liquid
3. 加龙珠果 add Dragonfruit 
4. 放入冰箱定型 chill and set in fridge
