入口即化牛纹德式酥饼 Moo Print Melt in Mouth German Cookies @ 随食慢活FoodiEat 再过两个星期就到金牛年，所以就做了这个简单的牛纹德式酥饼当新年饼之一。因为是手作的，所以每一块饼干的花纹都不同。 Ox Year is coming, so decide to bake this simple moo print german cookies as new year goodies. As all are handmade, thus every piece is unique. * simple ingredients 简单材料 * Easy Recipe 简单做法 * No baking soda or baking powder 无泡打粉和小苏打 * Melt in Mouth Texture 入口即化 (Recipe adapted from here) （yield 30s cookies, depends on size/可制成30个饼干，视大小而定） 材料Ingredients: 120g 无盐牛油 unsalted butter 40g 糖粉 icing sugar 125g 生粉 potato starch 80g 蛋糕粉 cake flour 1 tsp 黑巧克力粉 dark cocoa powder  1/2 tsp 香草精 vanilla extract  做法Method: 1. Butter and Sugar Beat till pale & light 牛油和糖搅拌至变浅变轻  2. Sieve through flour 粉类过筛 3.
